The admin can generate reports of all forms filled out for registry services, the appointments of providers, and the vitals of patients.
Click on Reports from the menu.
- Select Registry Report to generate a list of all births and deaths registered
- Select dates
- A list of all registrations from the start date to the end date is displayed
- Select Vital Reports to generate a report of the vitals of a patient
- Search and select patient
- Select dates
- A list of the patient’s vitals between those dates will be plotted on the graph shown, select one vital at a time from the series listed above the graph
- Select Provider appointment to generate a report on the appointments of a provider
- Search and select a provider
- Select the dates of interest
- A list of all the appointments concerning a provider is displayed under Total Records
