Sometimes, practitioners practice under more than one facility, in such cases, they will have to primarily be registered on the OneCare platform through one facility, and then grant access to other facilities to be listed as physicians there as well.
- Click on Resources from the menu
- Select Provider Consent
- Click on Request Consent at the top right corner of the page
- Select the provider’s primary organization
- Search and select the provider by name
- Select the requester organization which is your facility
- Fill out the name of the person sending the request
- Click on Request to send a consent request
