View your Access Logs to your OneCare Account.
You can view your log-in history, which is all the times you have tried to log in to your OneCare account, and whether it was successful or unsuccessful.
- Click Resources from the menu
- Select My User Login Audit
- A list of all your access attempts is shown, including the location you were at, the date and time, the I.P address of the device you are using, and the status of each attempt (whether it was a success or not)
Note: the user login audit shows you the attempts of both mobile and web apps when you are checking from either the web or mobile app.
For OneCare Mobile
